Chef Drew Ballard comes from a military background. He grew up with his mom, dad, and step dad serving over 50 years combined! Born in Travis, CA, but growing up in many different states, Drew slowly started to develop both a love for food and travel. Shortly after high school, he started working in different restaurants across the country, building up his culinary resume. He is now the executive chef at a fine dining steak house in Dayton, OH and has 10 years experience in working in the hospitality industry. As a self taught chef, he hopes to put his skills and knowledge to action by traveling the country doing what he loves most.
Jess Sarra comes from an Italian background. Growing up with a large family, she spent many hours in the kitchen with her grandma and parents learning how to cook for the masses! After graduating from high school (and reconnecting with her now fiancée Drew) they decided to take their combined love for food and travel and leave California to pursue their dreams of one day owning their own business. Jess started working in the restaurant industry and now has 5 years of fine dining experience.
Travis Day (country gravy as we like to call him) was born and raised in Ohio. Growing up in a small town with a large (and super supportive) family, he knows just what to do to keep the masses entertained! After high school he traveled to Florida to work/ help build a restaurant in Orlando. After a few years there he decided to come back home and work at the restaurant all 3 people of Rolling Indulgence work at. He’s got over 10 years experience in the industry and cant wait to take what he’s learned on the road and to a city near you!
